As of 29th August 2025 home telecom have acquired earth customers and any new customers will have the full support of a fully UK based team.

Why am I transferring to Home Telecom?

What happens to my trees?
We will continue looking after and planting more trees, nothing on this will be changing!
When am I transferring?
We will start managing your service effective from 29th August 2025.
Home Telecom is the only provider to offer 24/7 365 days a year technical support to our customers we know your broadband isn’t 9-5! Our SupportPlus gives you peace of mind that if you ever do need support day or night, we’ve got you covered for just £3 per month and we’ll even take care of certain engineer fees! Call 01403 214069
Do I need to do anything as part of the change?
No, just sit back and relax, we will do all the heavy lifting and you can continue to enjoy your current broadband supply, package and price knowing this will stay the same.
What if I don’t want to transfer?

I have an outstanding issue with Earth Broadband
We will do our upmost to resolve any outstanding queries you may have, so please get in touch. Our live chat response time is 30 seconds, with a real human!
What happens to my payments?
Your package price will remain the same, and starting from 1st October 2025, “Home Telecom” will appear on your bank statement. While we aim to keep changes minimal, your billing and payment collection date may vary slightly. We are aware some customers have been double billed by Earth Broadband in August, if this has affected you please let us know so we can investigate it with you.
