Terms and Conditions:

  1. SupportPlus has a fair use policy of 3 chargeable faults appointments, charges are per fault.
  2. SupportPlus has a fair use of policy of 1 installation missed appointment fee.
  3. SupportPlus is to be taken for a minimum of 12 months of rolling contract.
  4. SupportPlus to be taken for the remainder of a fixed term contract if already in contract.
  5. SupportPlus will only cover engineer charges once you have been through the diagnostic process with our team over the phone, on live chat or by email. This will help ensure that the fault is related to the network we supply. Engineer’s will only check for faults on the network we supply, they will not diagnose internal wiring problems, fix WiFi issues, home networks or third-party equipment.
  6. SupportPlus does not cover 3rd party equipment.
