Amazing customer service!
I recently had some trouble with my network connection. I used the online chat and I was connected with Liam who was amazing! He was very thorough, very speedy and when I expressed that WIFI was an essential part of my SEN daughters day, he was able to prioritise us. Absolutely amazing and so grateful for all his help!

It was quick and so easy
After being transferred from Cucko, I was initially very worried about Home Telecom as I didn’t know much about them. But I can say my misgivings were unfounded, the service has been spot on and when I had a small fault with my router it was sorted after a quick 10 min phone call with Norbert. Excellent service.
